I teach business and technology to some of the most creative, curious, and innovative students. My goal is to provide tech experiences to our students to promote 21st-century learning and skills with STREAM.
My students are very innovative and creative individuals.
Students in our district often have limited technology experience. My students will begin to discover and cultivate their creativity as they begin to apply their unique gifts and talents and allow them to become the innovators and global leaders of tomorrow with the stories they will be able to create and tell.
My Project
As a business and technology teacher, I encourage my students to use PIXEL (passion, innovation, x-factor, enthusiasm & listening). One of the most incredible teaching as been with our STEAM and STREAM learning. However, my students are unable to dig deeply into video and podcast creation with our current classroom. I want to bring a Mac Air to our classroom. With a Mac Air, my students will be able to create digital: videos, podcasts, classroom commercials, art design and more.
My students are incredible designers and innovators who want to flourish in the classroom.
Having the ability to create digital media will take them to new avenues of learning in business and technology.
