Help me give my students items that will help them grow academically and become more organized, as well as allowing them alternative seating options for optimum growth!

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are no strangers to challenges in-and-out of school. Despite the many challenges they face, I am committed to bringing them rich and deep lessons to engage their love of learning. As a single mom I know buying supplies for kids can be incredibly expensive. I also know more times that not, my students will arrive at school with little to no supplies. My goal this school year is to create a warm and welcoming classroom that invites students to work collaboratively and independently in a safe and encouraging environment. This year more than ever I am feeling the anxiety of the looming school year. I know my students and I would both love having a warm environment to "live" in for the next school year!
My students are movers and shakers.
They like to move and love attention. Many of the challenges they face can prevent them from typical life experiences that so many of us enjoy. While I cannot control what happens when they go home, I can affect their daily experiences at school.
These materials will allow my students to grow their organizational skills, be creative, and work in non-traditional classroom seating arrangements that foster many different types of learning. They can move to standing desks if they need more movement or tire of sitting. They can learn to organize their binders so they can be more productive in class.
Please help them maintain their dignity by allowing them the items they need most to grow and become active leaders for the future!
My students will most likely arrive this year with little to nothing. Providing these materials will create a warm and welcoming learning environment that will last the entire year!
